The Science and Freedom for Everyone Foundation ("the foundation") is a California 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The content provided on this website, including all research papers, legislative maps, and expert commentary, is for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Research vs. Advice

• Not Medical Advice: The Institute conducts scientific research and analysis. Nothing on this site should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding a medical condition.
• Not Legal Advice: Our analysis of state legislation (including "Autonomous" vs. "Prescriptive" designations) is based on our internal scientific criteria and policy research. 3. Intellectual Property

All original content, including the "Evidence Engine" data and the "Autonomous/Prescriptive" framework, is the property of the SAFE Foundation. Users may download or share materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that full attribution is given to the SAFE Research Institute.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SAFE Foundation, its Board of Directors, and its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the information on this site.

5. Governing Law

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in San Diego County, California. You and the SAFE Foundation agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that the venue is proper in, these courts.
